The Saint Paul Foundation Following an intensive strategic planning process, The Saint Paul Foundation and Minnesota Community Foundation began the critical work of bringing its marketing and communications efforts in line with its new goals and positioning. A new brand strategy was developed for each foundation. Foundation leadership recognized that a firm acceptance and embracing of the new brands by staff was critical, as they are the primary messengers. Creation in Common brought its extensive experience in theatrical production, event and training design to create and deliver a compelling Brand Rollout for the Foundation’s staff and leadership. The training created an atmosphere that encouraged staff to make these new brands an energizing factor in their work.
