Creation In Common conducts free brand needs assessments for organizations to help you assess the strength of your brand and to strategize possible solutions for making your brand more effective at building participation with those you serve and those who support your work.

A Nonprofit Brand Needs Assessment is ideal for:
  • Organizations that have been operating for at least five years.
  • Have an operating budget of $300,000 or more.
  • Have a staff member or volunteer dedicated to fundraising and communications.

How Does It Work

Step 1:
A member of the Creation In Common team will meet with two senior leaders of your organization via teleconference or in person. At this meeting, we will review and discuss:

  • Current successes and challenges
  • Organization’s mission and values
  • Identified strategic goals
  • Core programs/services
  • Human resource (board, staff, volunteers) strengths and weaknesses
  • Printed and electronic communications
  • Organization’s effectiveness at generating revenue (contributed/earned)

Step Two:
Creation In Common team member will take the senior leaders through the Nonprofit Branding Model™ and use the information previously discussed to identify the most prominent strengths and weaknesses in the organization’s brand.

Step Three:
Our team member will discuss brand needs with the senior leaders.

Step Four:
Our team member will make a recommendation of solutions to address these needs.

Length of Meeting: One and a Half Hours
