This workshop is for Board and Staff leadership who are considering a major marketing or communications effort for their organization and need guidance on the best way to get started. We will focus on specific steps you can take to assess your situation, major issues that need special consideration before you begin, and a common vocabulary you can share with others within your organization to ensure everyone is on the same page. You will come out of the workshop with an action plan to move your effort forward. Participants are encouraged to bring more than one person from their organization as well as examples of their communications and brand identity.
